I have had a negative impact on my credit score and it says that it is from sky mobile however I have not missed a payment if this can get updated your side please as I have been working hard to get this back up

@TeganA Sky aren't legally authorised to change a credit file entry

you need to raise a dispute form with equifax themselves, details will be on their website
