Been trying to install eSIM back keeps failing have spoke to sky and problem still not resolved seem to be getting nowhere any ideas please

Have tried all these and spoke to someone on sky chat Saturday they couldn't work out how to fix issue and said was going to pass case on to someone else be heard nothing since

Once such option as mentioned on that link is to order and try another esim, as you have not actiavted that then you should not be charged for it.
