Is that from a sky mobile? I'm actually not on sky. It's for my son's phone but on my account

Yes. If you don't have an activated Sky SIM then you'll need to navigate the help and use the 'Need more help?' which should expand to show a general number to clal.

You will need to call Sky to cancel, ordering another phone will see you credit checked again.

Do you have a Sky talkj landline pohone because again 150 is the number to call from it.

Hi @Catresidential just to confirm you are within the 31 day cooling off period ? If not you can't just return it.
