Hi all. Samsung are being difficult with proof of purchase in regard to cashback. Can anyone point me to where we have a document that details Date, Product, Price and Sky (as retailer) in one place please? Thanks, Steve.

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
