Total nightmare, spent all week calling & no text to verify all this security mumbo jumbo, last resort last 4 digits from Hub then text to Sim to verify 2nd time. The whole set up a joke & errors on My Sky App plus when i called, whole automated call a joke too. Worst experience ive had just to get a PACman code! Was like Pacman! All over the place. So still no PAC code, all being investigated!

What else can i do? Its a 90 year old lady wants to switch? Called & tried My Sky app.
