&lt;P&gt;Sky will not just give you a replacement so if you are returning it to Sky under the cooling off period then it will be cancelled.&amp;nbsp; So it would be up to you to order a replacement via your account. The other option is to send it to Sky for a repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
