How much do you owe on the phone that you are returning as it could be a credit check issue in that you have only just past the checks against the new phone which is why you are being asked to pay the £100 which will be taken of what you will be paying for the device over the length of the contract.

Different process for upgrade?

Hi

Ive been with Sky Mob for a good few years now and always done the 24month contract. Previously, when upgrading, the cost of the phone that I return covers the outstanding amount of money payable on the contract, resulting in a seemingly free upgrade. But it's not the same anymore now, I am being told I have to pay over £100 to upgrade to a new phone.

Does anyone know why this has changed? I have 5 phones contracted with Sky for me and my family and I can't afford to pay that much every time to upgrade.

Thanks
