&lt;P&gt;I agree with&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227"&gt;@caesarome&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;there. I've been a Sky customer since 2001, and with Sky Mobile for 7+ years. I wouldn't expect phone repair to be free based on my continuous &amp;nbsp;service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Samsung galaxy a55 not recognising sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sent to ingram had to pay 130 even though sky said i shouldn't have to pay as ive been with sky over 18years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im worried there going to charge me more&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
