      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I'm trying to activate a new eSIM I thought I had when I received the phone 2 days ago but I was only using WiFi for everything. Went back through the email steps and now it's saying unable to connect to network at the first step.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;what do I do now? As my phone is showing no signal so it's never going to work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.
