Removing old devices from account

Hi, does anyone know how to remove old devices from your account? I have two Samsung phones from a couple of years ago that have been sold & upgraded so I want to remove them from my sky id mobile profile. I can't find a way to do this. Any tips? Cheers

Return them to Sky.

There is nothing to return. The devices have long gone, I no longer have or use the devices. But they are still showing in my Sky mobile account. There is no option to remove them.

Correct. They only drop off your account (eventually) if returned to Sky. If it's stopping you adding a new device call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

Having read other discussions, it appears that the answer should be:

"Sky mobile customers are unable to remove any old phones from their account, unless they have specifically sent the physical devices back to Sky mobile. If the devices have been recycled, traded in or sold by a Sky mobile customer through a third party provider, the devices will not be removed from the Sky mobile account and will remain in the custmer dashboard. Currently, Sky mobile does not have an option to remove legacy devices from customer accounts unless specifically returned to Sky mobile as part of an upgrade or trade in process"
