Agreed changes to mobile tariff not made

Spent an hour agreeing new mobile tariff on my 5 sims last night only to discover when I check today the changes have only been applied to 3 sims!! I just want to send a message to get the other 2 sims updated as I don't have another hour to waste talking and holding on the phone! Tried the chatbot which is like smashing your head on a brick wall, unable to get an email or message link. How do I get changes agreed made without having to call in again. Customer Service process for SKY is about saving money not serving customers, really poor.

Hi @Andy17171717 if you look at this link and scroll to the bottom and say yes I still need a hand you may get a live chat option (not yet open) failing that you will need to call again.
