This had been going on for about 6 years! I finally got someone who said roaming had been turned off at their end but they still never switched it on. Eventually they did, but what a hopeless bunch. Have tried enormous amount of efforts will all possible options, guides only SKY help, reaching out customer care but absolutely no help.
