I signed up for sky mobile social tariff and I have only been offered 1GB data. I see others are getting 3GB. How do I get that changed please? Also how is it best to phrase it?

Hi @Ginbailey according to this you can only get the lowest tariff available which is 1 Gig.

With the social tariff you are given the lowest data package that is available which at present is 1GB that you can see here:

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

You could try calling Sky on 150 as it is a free call to see if they will increase your data package but the next one is 5GB according to that link.
