Hey all

I would like to know why i can't see any points into my pigbanck
I have 3 phones and none of them i can see any, can i claim it rectroative ?

Have you actually had unused data at the end of a billing period that should have dropped into the Piggybank? That's the only way it accumulates.

Don't forget unused data is removed if not used after 12 months.

is it added only when i do not use any data ?
I've moved to sky 3 moths only

No. Any unused data from your monthly allowance is added to the PiggyBank.

e.g. you have a 10GB/month plan. You use 5GB and 5GB is put in the bank.

Example only:

You have a 10GB data plan. At the end of the billing period you've only used 6GB. The remaining 4GB will move into the Piggybank where they will remain for up to 12 months unless you use it. After each month any unused data that's being in the Piggybank for 12+ months disappears.

If you have unlimited data then NO DATA moves to the Piggybank.

Indeed. It you have 'unlimited' data then why would you need a piggybank? (The idea is to carry unused allowance from month to month)

The 'unused' portion of an unlimited amount is itself always infinitely large, which rather undermines the concept of the scheme.
