      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account says I am eligible for an upgrade, when I click on the phone I would like an error message comes up saying 'services are restricted' there is a button to reinstate services when i press this it takes me to my accounts I have no outstanding payments at all and never have, I tried calling them but had no help at all&lt;/P&gt;</description>
