      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just received new mobile device from Sky with SIM card which I've inserted but don't have the old mobile phone any longer. I want to keep same number but do I activate 'new' or 'replacement' SIM on My Account ? I'm not transferring from another provider so presumably don't need a PAC code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't specifically request any particular type of SIM and can't recall having to do this in previous phone upgrades.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want to keep your phone number then activate it as a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Any new activation will be an additional SIM with a new number)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The replacement will have the existing dataplan terms (and not any new deal).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
