I'm not sure I just know I've been charged for a device twice 6 months after having it

...we're other customers so cannot process a refund.

You'll need to call Sky on 150.

That image was rejected as it shows your agreement number. It doesn't show dates. Your other image which you have not yet posted is okay but suggests you've changed the payment date from the 14th to the 28th so one bill will be more.

If that's the case then the change doesn't simply move the date - it does a complete recalculation and the next bill can be higher (or lower). As explained here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-payment-method-or-date
