Refund cancelled order

I cancelled an order with sky and awaiting refund for down payment for phone however they have put this as a credit on my new phone where I have paid an upfront fee again!!

I want my full refund and was promised confirmation yesterday after calling over the last few weeks to have received no confirmation.

the original order was cancelled and the money should have been paid back to me immediately I have not authorised you to put this as a credit on another phone disgusting!!

I want my refund and confirmation asap please

Hi @Sharon238 you aren't talking to sky CS here so nothing will happen as a result of your post here. You will either need to persist on the phone or try a formal complaint.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Any refund would not be immediate. It would usually take in the region on 14 days minimum.

You will have to call Sky and ask if they'll pay it back to the payment method you used but don't be surprised if they say no.
