Hi, I'm desperate. I have been struggling with sky since November 2025. I needed to change a mobile number on my sim and was told the beat way to do it would be cancel the current sim and start a new one which they did. Then an error came up and they couldn't cancel the old sim. Ever since, I have been charged for both sims. I have made numerous calls to sky, atleast 3 complaints and still cant get this resolved. I keep being told they'll get it sorted and they'll ring me on a specific day but never call back. I'm so annoyed about this service that I have now signed up to move my broadband and will be leaving as soon as I can. Is there any advice on how I can resolve this? I see a few credits on my account but not enough to cover the over charge and the next bill I will be overcharged again! I have spent around 6 hours on calls to different sky advisors.

Hi @Susan363 bit of a long shot but you could request a PAC for that number, transfer it to a different network on PAYG then once transferred cancel it on that network. Bit of a faff but might work as you don't seem to be getting anywhere with sky.
