Hi, I cant link my mobile to my skyid.

I eventually get to this page but it asks for a UK postcode? https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/link-sky-id

Flag in the bottom right is set to Ireland but it still wants a UK postcode. What can I do? I need my bills.

Already did. Spent an hour refreshing the website a million times.

There is meant to be an option to select "I live in ROI" or similar..... but not for me.

They must be able to link the skyid with the account some other way.

Yes I called the Sky Guest list but they were unable to help. I am hoping a sky employee can open up a chat with me here to solve this issue.

That won't happen. The Escalation process has been unavailable since the summer.

I don't know why the Guest List Team couldn't help you. I've called them as well this afternoon about an unrelated mobile issue. Perhaps it's because you're in Ireland? Did they say why they couldn't help? I've always found them to be brilliant.
