&lt;P&gt;Did you make a manual payment? If so that might have gone towards the February bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Payments aren't processed at a weekend or bank holiday anyway.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account is showing that my mobile phone bill is overdue but the amount has left my account by direct debit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also want to set up broadband but it won't let me as it says the mobile bill needs to be paid first.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When is your payment date?&amp;nbsp;If you have a &lt;STRONG&gt;Direct Debit &lt;/STRONG&gt;set up and the full payment fails on the normal payment date Sky will automatically attempt it again 10 calendar days later (so DO NOT be tempted to make a manual payment in this period). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After 10 days, if that second attempt also fails Sky may send a text and/or email notifying you that your payment has failed again and you then have a day or two at best before they restrict your services. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would leave it a day or two as you might find that your Sky account then updates but as stated above do not make any other payment towards this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
