I've just paid my outstanding balance why is it taking so longer for sky to reinstate my services

Hi @Kiemarks have you also set up a new continuous payment method ? If you were more than 2 weeks behind your payment then you may also have to pay your next bill.

Right okay, I was quite a while over due I had an accident and was out of work for a few months so couldn't pay it

If it's been a few months then I would check the account as sky may have cancelled your contract @Kiemarks

How would I know if it's been cancelled? I can still go on my app and everything but the past week before paying the bill I've had no service

They show as normal they say my next one is due on the 26th I have 2 phones on there so it's still showing me the predicted bills

Have you tried calling sky on 150 @Kiemarks this usually still works even when services are restricted.

Doesn't work just tried, I just need to get my pac number so I can keep my phone number but I can get it anyway
