&lt;P&gt;It does sound like you need to put in a complaint:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid the remainder of my balance off in one go in October 2024. Now all of a sudden from July 2025 I apparently owe more money totalling £66. I have spoke to 2 people over the phone who said they had cleared it but clearly haven't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
