      <title>Sim issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone wony let me make or receive calls other than Whats App. All calls show a message 'not registered on network'. Searching for solutions suggest taking out sim and cleaning it and replacing. This does nothing. As I have a sim only and data plan account with Sky can you send me a new sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
