It's no good asking until it's fixed as they won't know how long you are without your local service. Bear in mind that as long you can receive a mobile signal, doesn't have to be at your home, then Sky are meeting the terms of the contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sky don't own the masts so are relying on others for that. Once fixed if you call sky they may give you some credit as compensation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have no network due to the mast being set on fire i cannot make phone calls neither me or my husband they know about this and wont be fixed until after 28th january 2026, sky hasnt even tried to compensate or keep me up to date with this its so frustrating ive heard sky helping others by giving them monthly compensation ive not recieved or nor offered im just being ignored</description>

&lt;P&gt;At present there is nothing&amp;nbsp;anyone can do until the owner of the mast (and that is not Sky) repairs iot so once it has been done you need to follow the advcie given twice by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/134969"&gt;@63johnw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
