&lt;P&gt;If you have finished paying off the device then as this belongs to you and as no further payments should be taken for it you do not need to cancel this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the sim if you no longer want to be paying for this anymore then call Sky on 150 to cancel it or get a Pac code to move the number to a different network:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to cancel a contract for my mobile which is finished but cannot access it online. When I try to access it it says page restricted. So how do I get on to the information I need and get it cancelled&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are seeing a restricted message then all you using the correct login details, if you believe you are then all you can do is to call Sky on 150 for help with this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
