Can’t link sky ID

I haven't been able to link my sky id to my account since arranging a swap before Christmas. I've called sky numerous times and it still hasn't been sorted. I was promised a call twice and have still not been called. I can't log into my account and I am thinking of cancelling my 4 phone contracts as the service is appalling. Has anyone else had this problem or can someone help sort this out ?

If your account was already linked before you put through the swap through then you should not need to do it Shaun so what is happening when you login either your main Sky ID ?

my username was no longer recognised so sky set me up a new one but now I can't link my account to my new ID - it says technical issue. My husband set up a new account at the same time and something seemed to have caused a problem with my account.

It all sounds a bit of a mess so I would suggest calling Sky and asking to speak to their ID team to see if they can help you to untangle this.
