      <title>Unable to activate replacement sim</title>

      <description>I inserted the replacement sim in my phone but I am unable to activate it . Still it shows as emergency contact only nd I can't make the call to you guys without it . And earlier my sim was blocked becoz my phone was lost so I received the new sim yesterday only so can you help me with activation</description>
