&lt;P&gt;To cancel the sim you need to call Sky on 150 and give them&amp;nbsp;31 days notice, when the sim is cancelled the number will be lost so any new one you order will come with a new number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have paid off your mobile in full then you can not do a swap with it but you can place an order for a new one and when doing you will be credit checked of which you will&amp;nbsp;need to pass.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was on a contract with Sky Mobile that ran out in October 2023. Ive been using my iphone 12 since then as a SIM only on a new deal with them. I am finally admitting I need a new phone but when I click on 'swap my mobile' it won't let me add any data as this is my old contract from October 2023.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I cancel my SIM only and start a new contract with them? I can't seem to work out how to do it in My Sky as there is not the option to cancel the SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
