I moved to Sky about 3 weeks ago and transferred from EE. My eSIM activation failed..Sky couldn't tell me why so after numerous calls I was sent a replacement sim which still didn't resolve the issue. I have had to wait a further wee to recieve yet another sim and still it hasn't fixed the issue. I cannot make or receive calls or texts and the best bit is I can't even request a pac code via text as there is no service. I was talking to someone from the mobile technical team tonight til after 7.30pm (after being passed down the line from complaints after 2 hours) only to be cut off after I was advised to reset network settings which cut me off from the chat as that was only open til 7.30pm... what an absolute joke! I cat work either as I need my phone for multi factor authentication which I get in the form of a text.. appalling service and and I'm still no better off 3 weeks in.
