topic 0330 calls in Sky Mobile

Please help I cannot receive 0330 numbers which are used by the hospital and surgery. My husband is also on sky and cannot receive them they just go straight to answerphone and don't ring. They are not blocked all settings on our phone allow any numbers , sky said there is no issue and can't leave sky now as cost too much to break contract. So frustrating as these calls are so important as husband is receiving treatment for cancer and is missing calls. Hospital can't do anything as calls revert to 0330 calls. Our spending cap is £10
