Give Sky a call on 150 as they might be able to tell you what the pac code is.

I tried but I couldn't get through to an actual employee, they said they could help me over text but couldn't, all I need is the pac code but I cannot get to an actual helpline

If you didn't get to speak to someone, so didn't get past the bot then when calling again try saying nothing and remaining on the line.
