      <description>Hello, I recieved a damaged Galaxy tablet yesterday, called up to be told the case was being handed to another team. It has been over 24 hours now and I have recieved zero contact from Sky about replacement being sent out and the damaged one being collected. Has anyone had a similar issue and how long did it take them to fully resolve the problem? Thanks in advance</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a terrible experience with Sky, kept being handled by different people. Multiple phone calls, emails and live chats. They tried to bill be for the damaged device I sent back. 0/10 experience with customer services so far. All in all it took about a month to resolve, I'd advise you use the cooling off period to find another provider if possible!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
