I ordered a 2025 ipad air 13 inch with a 2025 magic keyboard on the 23/11/2025 which was due to be delivered in 2-3 days. Spoke with customer service 3 times now and all they keep telling me that it is in fulfilment. The last person tried to swap it to a 2024 model for more money. Can anyone let me know what's taking so long::::

You've posted this message on a forum where we are all customers like you - so of course we can't help with specifics on your delivery

you would need to persevere with the people you have spoken to already.

All I can add is that although at Christmas some deliveries do seem to take a long longer than normal - November 23rd is a long time ago and suggests you might need to press them for a better reply.
