Transferred over to iPhone 14 but don't like it so put sim back in iPhone 13 but says no sim I think I might have switched e sim on or something. How can I get it to work back in old phone?

Have you looked on the settings on your iPhone 13 to see if it is expecting an eSIM or that the physical sim is selected ?

Thanks for the help my friend I have had a look in settings but can't find anything about sims could you please direct me being 67yo and technology don't mix lol . Thank you.

Try this:

Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Default Voice Line or Cellular Data and selecting the other SIM card, which could be a physical SIM.

Think I found it mate. It says transfer this number to this phone and has "mobile data" on iPhone 14 highlighted and Sky transfer not supported (not highlighted) once I select transfer number it asks me to continue should I continue and will I still get access to all my apps?

Should have said it's asking me to set up mobile service then select number for this phone

Try that then insert the sim back in it.
