I'd like to change my payment date from 5th January 2026 to 19th January please as I don't get paid till then as I will be short of Money thanks karen Robinson

You can change the date via the MySky app where you can view your bill in the mobile section and you can also change it via your online account here:

You've posted on the Mobile board. If it's a mobile bill you're trying to change the dates for then for mobile and Glass/Stream the bill is created 3 days before the payment date. Other subscriptions it's 14 days. .
