      <title>Help with eSIM activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After discussion with a mobile phone shop guy - my internet keeps randomly stopping - he checked everything on my phone - all in good working order - he advised I may need a new SIM. I spoke with a Sky representative yesterday - very nice she was too - who sent me all the relevant details to activate an eSIM instead of a physical one. I have followed all the steps but the message reads 'eSIM not quite ready - try again later'. I've been trying since last night!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes my phone is compatible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
