&lt;P&gt;Is this a phone sent back as part of a Swap deal? You need to wait for the device to be processed, checked for damage and it's value confirmed. This is apparently taking about 3 weeks but will likely take longer over the Christmas / New Year break.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
