Can Someone Please Explain "Sky Watch Data" in Sky Mobile?

So, I just got a notification in my profile saying: "Outside plan Sky Watch data: 218.3MB." Sounds important, right? But after speaking with four (yes, FOUR) expert advisors from Sky, not one could give me a clear answer. Instead, I was advised to use the Sky app... which, surprise surprise, also didn't answer my questions. 🙂 I only use Sky Mobile not any other Sky service!!

The burning question remains: Is this billable?

So, dear Sky experts (who apparently don’t have access to this highly classified “Sky Watch data”), could you please get to the bottom of this mystery for me?

A little clarification would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, no rush, though, I'm just sitting here with all these unanswered questions..... 🙂

Do you use any Sky apps so Sky Go, Sky Sports on your mobile when on mobile data ?

No, I do not use any Sky apps on my phone. This SIM card is used in a Hot-spot device. We don't use any Sky services apart from this SIM card.
