I already have a sim only with sky I have but taken out a new contract but I can not activate the new sim to either keep my current number or change my number

You can't use a Pac code to move a number from one Sky sim to another Sky sim so you have a few options.

You could call Sky to ask them to cancel this new sim you activated and then use the one you have in your new phone.

You could either use the sim you have or if you want to transfer the number you have to the new sim then you would need to use a Pac code to transfer your current sim number to a PAYG network and then use another pac code you get from them to transfer it back to your new Sky sim.
