My sim contract has ended and I have seen a special deal for VIP members. Can I switch my sim contract to the new deal if my phone itself still has 12 months contract left?

Hi @Emma+G80 yes you can but that new sim/plan will come with a new number. The only way to transfer your current number to that sim is to port it with a PAC to a different network on PAYG then port it back to the new sim. If you just decide to get the new number you would need to call sky on 150 to cancel the old sim.

As long as you've had the original sim for more than 12 months you can cancel this.
