Transfer Existing sky mobile number

Hi, im an existing sky mobile customer and just received my new phone which will replace my old sky mobile phone...but i want to keep the old number.

Not sure how to do this. So any help appreciated.

@John24 Have you changed your data plan?

if not just swap the sim over to the new phone , and don't activate any new sim that arrives

if you have a new data plan and new sim you will need to transfer the number you want to keep out to a non sky payg provider then back again to the new sky sim
