Sky asked for the tracking number and I was told it had been recived and was just going through the process.</P><P>Some weeks later still showing on my account I rang again giving the tracking number, this time I was told it had not been recived, how can this be!</P><P>They assured me it would be sorted and any payments would be refunded, however, I looked again today 2 weeks later and again nothing has changed.</P><P>Any one else had this incompendant experance.
