I've recently upgraded my sons handset. I ordered an iPhone 17 pro max which I was told comes with a few 100mb SIM card. I have received the phone 4 days ago but no sim has arrived

Does the sim normally get delivered the same time as the phone

Hi @Gspeyton08 yes the sim usually comes with the phone but not always. Are you aware the 100mb sim is a tiny amount of data than will be used in seconds on an iPhone.

As @63johnw indicates the 100MB SIM is to give the phone a number and allow it to receive transfers from a Sky 'piggybank' on the same account: by itself that's an unusably small amount of data.
