    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my phone as been cut off,, I've always paid my bill on time for the years I've been with sky. I noticed the other day my phone was cut off when I was trying to call out. I've check my account with bank and said got taken out then put back in&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;One reason this can happen is if there wasn't&amp;nbsp;enough funds to cover the bill, if this was taken by a direct debit and failed for whatever reason Sky would usually try again 10 days later and only after the second attempt&amp;nbsp;failed would your mobile be restricted so is this what has happened ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
