All my sims through sky can not make calls receive calls text or receive text and have no data i can not call sky but can not message anyone through the rubbish robot just keep giving me the option to call but I can't call out absolutely ridiculous u can't message on the sky app to a human

Hi @RyanBrett any issues showing here ? It's unlikely all sims developed faults at the same time.

Hi no issues in the area it's now the 6th day they have been off for all my contracted sims don't work I have been on the phone to sky multiple times they have told me things to try nothing has worked even changing the sim plans we are all still without mobile data and calls and texts
