How to activate sky WiFi calling

I have a Xiaomi redmi note 14 5g phone and I cannot find WiFi calling it says the phone is compatible for this. I go into settings and the select the sky SIM scroll to the bottom but all that is there is turn on VOLTE? Help. Thanks

Hi @ChrissyB3 you have to purchase your phone direct from sky to guarantee WiFi calling works. If it's not showing in your phone settings then you can't use it.

Thanks for the reply I had WiFi calling with my old phone which was a Huawei and that wasn't purchased from sky?

You were lucky then @ChrissyB3 some do work which is why I said it's not guaranteed unless you buy direct from sky.
