Evening on one of my statements it said I owed 188.00 so I've just paid that and they are taking g it off sky mobile yet it was too pay off a chrome book

Hi @SeNClaNx did you phone sky and make the payment through them and specifically say that's what the payment was for ?

That could be what is left to pay off your credit agreemnet which is taken by Sky each month until it has been paid off in full.

Have you made a payment against the device or have you added it onto your account as a credit ?
