My mobile number has changed over but still shows as the orginal sky number when i txt people

Have you gone into the settings app on your phone to see if you can change it to the correct one ?

Hi Yes , i have tried input my number but it wont let me save it

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

Canno ask how you sorted it as I'm still having trouble with the same problem???
