Hi @Phil+Gill if you didn't buy the phone from sky then you may not be able to.

I bought the phone from Sky and the Wifi calling now works. However I now would like to know if there is any way to force Wifi calling. If there is even a smidgeon of mobile network when I make a call it uses the mobile network but then drops out.
